A few years ago I got a pair of Nike shoes with arch support in them and they were amazinnnnggg.
But then other people say that Nike shoes are terrible. But I have flat feet so I’d go to the Nike outlit and try those.

I would find the right shoes for your feet and then if the arch is not enough, get insoles at the running store. I wouldn’t worry to much about the insole that come with the shoe. They probably cost 20 cents and are most likely made in China. Ask someone at the running store, they will make sure you get the right ones.

Go to a running store and have one the employees check out what type of shoes are right for you and give you different brands. Each shoe feels different on each people so its really what feels good to you

asics are the best shoes. i wore them for track and they worked beautifully. as for arch support, the dr.scholls work beautifully. and if those dont work for u, u can go to an orthopedic and order ones or get custom made ones.

If I were your I would go with
Asics:http://www.asicsamerica.com/
New Balance:http://www.newbalance.com/
Mizunos:http://www.mizunousa.com/running?openfor…
Saucony:http://www.saucony.com/Country_Selector….

Ive had shoes for distance track from all of these and their great

Some of these shoes will be expensive but go to your running store and see if any are on sale

Asics are the best for arch support IMO.
